Lower back and leg pain


There are some people that have to deal with lower back and leg pain. This pain can be severe or moderate and can increase or decrease as well. Sometimes this pain will come and go or it may stay with certain people for a longer period of time. The sciatic nerve has the roots that go to your legs. Any condition that irritates or presses on the nerve roots from inside the spinal canal as the nerve roots exit the spinal canal. They can run down the leg and cause tremendous pain in the body.

It is important for some people to get treatment for their lower back and leg pain. They may find it necessary to have some physical therapy for this problem. Sometimes this is all they need in order to recover from the problem. Others will have to learn how to do other exercises to help them decrease the problems and to make their body feel better.

Painkillers sometimes work and other times they do not. It will depend on how bad the lower back and leg pain is. For some, the pain is too far-gone for anything to help the situation. They will need to have some other forms of treatment in order to feel better and to make the pain subside. It is necessary for a person to seek professional medical treatment so that the problem can be fixed and the person will start to feel better about their problems.
