The first thing to hair loss prevention is to eat right. We have to make sure that we get enough of the four major food groups in our diet. This is important not only for our hair, but for our entire body. We must eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and proteins. It is important for everyone to get calcium and vitamins from the foods that they eat. This will help to make our hair strong and look and feel better too. These are great for hair loss prevention.

It is also a good idea to get plenty of exercise and rest. When you are in shape both physically and emotionally, you will feel better and look better. This will also be good for your hair. Also try to avoid stress. Stress has been known to cause hair loss. When someone is under too much stress, they may find themselves loosing their hair.

Take care of your hair. Do not over style or use excessive heat on your hair. Dry to towel dry your hair instead of using the blow dryer. Try to keep the styling products to a minimum and wash your hair only once a day with a protein fortified shampoo and conditioner. This is good way to keep your hair health and to do some hair loss prevention.

When you find that you are taking care of your hair and eating right, you will have shinier and healthier hair. This is important for the later years when hair starts to break and eventually fall out. You will have a better chance at the hair growing faster and better when you are take care of it.
